Import your runs
Drop the files here or on your diary and your runs will be automatically imported.
Pick your watch
Importing one run takes around a minute. To import your whole history, you’ll need to wait for an email.
One run
Most watches and phone apps can export a single run.
- Open the activityIn your watch’s app or website.
- Look for ExportChoose .FIT if it’s offered. .TCX and .GPX work too.
- Drop it on RunflectHere or on your diary, or press Choose a file.
Your whole history
If your service can send you all your activities.
- Look for an export of your activitiesUsually in your account or privacy settings.
- Choose .FIT, .TCX or .GPXAn export in any other format, such as a spreadsheet of your whole account, won’t read.
- Drop the files, or a zip of themA .zip works as it is.
Then connect Strava instead. Your runs come across on their own, with nothing to export.
The richer the file, the more you see
Every one of these becomes a real session in your diary. If you have the choice, take .FIT.
The watch’s own recording: the splits, the heart rate, the route and every second.
Carries less than .FIT, but a run from it is still a real session you can write about.
A track, and little else.
A summary of each run: no splits, no heart-rate trace, no route.
The file is read, and your run appears on its day
It’s kept so Runflect can read it again.
If the run is already in your diary, from Strava or another file, the new file only adds what the old one didn’t know. Anything you wrote stays exactly as it was.
Drop the same file again and it says Already synced. Nothing changes.
A whole history is read in the background. We email you when it’s finished.
Nobody sees an imported run but you, unless you share your diary. Delete a run and the file it came from goes too.
