Privacy and terms

Last updated 3 September 2026

Two documents. The privacy policy is the one that matters most — it says what we hold, what we do with it, who else ever sees it, and how to make it all go away. The terms are the agreement between you and us for using Runflect.

The short version

We never sell your data, to anyone, for any reason. We don’t run ads, analytics or trackers. Your training is visible to you and to nobody else unless you personally approve a coach. Your data is stored in the United Kingdom. Your Strava connection is read-only. Disconnect and everything Strava sent us is deleted while you wait; delete your account and the rest goes with it.

That summary is not the legal notice — the two documents above are. If anything here disagrees with them, they win.

Asking us something
