Your training is visible to you and to nobody else, unless you choose to share it.
Where it says so: §5.1Your Strava connection is read-only. Runs from Garmin or Coros come in as files you choose to add; we never connect to those accounts.
Where it says so: §2.3Disconnect Strava and everything Strava sent us is deleted while you wait. Delete your account and the rest goes with it, including runs you added from Garmin or Coros.

Anything about your data, including a request to see it, correct it or erase it. We answer within one month and there is no charge. You can also use the contact form.
