You can disconnect Strava from your Runflect settings at any time, which permanently deletes everything we hold that came from Strava.
You can also revoke Runflect from Strava’s side, at your Strava app settings — either route works, and neither needs the other.
Deleting your Runflect account, in settings, removes everything, including what you wrote yourself.
