The running diary that remembers how it felt.
Today’s run felt like flying.tired. again.honest.like it’s coming back.
Your runs and stats arrive on their own. You add how it felt — a voice note or a line in your own words — and read your year back like a story. Written by you, not generated for you.

This is where your running lives
Not a mock-up — these are real screens. Runs arrive on their own moments after you save them, tagged with how they felt, in your words, next to your numbers.

Hear yourself getting stronger
After any run, tap once and talk — up to three minutes, just for you. A voice note keeps what no chart can: how you actually sounded. Out of breath in January. Laughing in October.
…honestly wondering why I do this. Legs like concrete. But I got round, so. That’s something.felt: tired
…hang on, that’s forty seconds up on February. Same loop, same effort — and I could still talk at the top. It’s working. It’s actually working.felt: strong
…I can’t actually believe — sorry, I’m still shaking — three minutes off. Remember January? Listen to January.felt: effortless
Your voice, your name, your year. Your watch doesn’t keep this. Your feed doesn’t either.

Built by runners, for runners
Runflect is made by Kayleigh and Chris — Those 2 Runners on YouTube, and two club runners from the North East with race numbers pinned on most weekends. We built it because we wanted to remember how training actually felt — the doubts, the breakthroughs, the weeks it nearly came apart — and nothing out there kept that.
No investors, no growth team, no dark patterns.Just two runners who understand that the run you’ll want to remember isn’t always the fastest one.
Be one of the first in
Your plan comes from a real person
No generated sessions, no algorithm deciding your week. Training that means something is built by someone who knows you, starting with you.
Your words stay your words
Nothing you write or say is rewritten, summarised or scored by a machine. The diary is worth keeping because every word of it is yours.
Human on the surface.
real data underneath.
Everything a data-lover wants is in there, laid out properly — laps found and timed, strain, heart-rate zones, elevation with the gradients named. You give up nothing by choosing a diary.
Felt vs load — the chart only a diary can draw
Weekly load with your felt ratings over the top. When the bars keep climbing and your own line turns down, you’ll see it here first.
Every rep, found and timed
16 × 300m, spotted and labelled from the real session below.

The whole session, unpacked
Strain, heart-rate zones, and elevation with every climb and descent graded — from the same real run.

Everything the data-obsessed need
It’s all in there, laid out properly — and always explained in plain words, like “Freshness today: Normal — recent load is about what your base carries.”
Free for athletes. Forever.
Not a trial. Not a free tier that shrinks later. No card, no clock — your diary is yours for life.
